  The food here used to be good but they have changed the menu sometime in the last 6 months. It's just run of the mill pub food now and not very good pub food at that. Steak was not cooked how we asked, squid salad with a handful of squid chucked on top of a disappointing garden type salad. Very disappointing as we live so close but won't be coming here again. The service has improved, just a shame the food hasn't.

  Food was nice, especially they have 2-for-1 promo. SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME! RUDE service crew. It's a very UNHAPPY PLACE. Look, nice food is everywhere. But you will keep on losing your customers if you don't improve. Why are you guys in the hospitality business in the first place if you're unhappy people? There's a reason why there are empty tables on holidays and friday nights there. You rarely get repeat customers because you guys are rude. AND... Too proud to accept feedback. (They never respond to any negative feedback here)

  Despite the months of roadworks outside their premises which is not their fault, The Playford offers a variety of options. It has a roomy drive thru bottle shop and pokies entertainment with lots of machines. The room has a free coffee and tea machine. No cookies, cake or biscuits. The meals area is huge. The menu is well priced and the meal sizes are generous. Bonus hot veggie bar and cold salads. ATM machine on premises.

  We plan to come again Friday for lunch, a good pub should have good bangers and mash so will see how far you have come.

  We went here for lunch today after avoiding due to bad reviews over the last 2 years, but after seeing 2 for 1 lunch and $5 jugs we thought hey worst case we spent $30 and hate it.
